Internet Connected But Not Browsing

Sometime we faced a problem regarding "Net Browsing". All of the settings is right but we are unable to browse. So where's the problem. The problem is silly. Sometime causes your "Anti Virus" software or sometime your proxy setting.If it's caused by "Anty Virus" then it's block the "HTTP" protocol. Just check your antivirus firewall setting. If all of the setting is good, simply try to disable your antivirus program and than try for browsing.  If you are able to browse now enable your "anti-virus" program  again. Hope everything is okay now. May the antivirus no more block that protocol. If your problem not solved then please check your "Proxy Setting" in "Internet Explorer" or just disable your proxy. To disable your proxy please go to "Internet Explorer" and then go "Internet Option". Now please navigate the "Connection Tab". Now please select "LAN Settings" under the "Local Area Network (LAN) Portion". Now Please unchecked the "Use A Proxy Server" option under the "Proxy Server" portion. And then click "ok" to close this interface. Now try for browsing. Hope you will be succeed now.

Skype.exe - Entry Point Not Found

A error popup is appearing when windows startup regarding skpe.The popup message is like that

Actually this is not skype issue. If you are install samsung kies software, then you will encounter this problem. A dll file named "avrt,dll" is placed in %windows drive%windows/system 32 folder during kies install. Thate dll file is culprit for this error message. To fix this problem just rename this file. If you are block by security to rename just restart your computer and login to "Safe Mode" to rename this file. I rename this file by temp.dll name. Hope the problem fix now.

Note :- To access the "Safe mode" restart  your computer and press f8 button. After appearing "Advanced Boot Option" just select the "Safe Mode"

Skype Run Time Error (Line 52 Error)

Most of the time a error message is appearing during "Skype" sign out. The error message is something like that

"A Runtime Error has occured. Line 52 Error"

Obviously the error message is very annoying. You can try the following tricks to solve that problem. Hope it  will work.

First of all open "Internet Explorer", then go "Tools" and then "Internet Option". You can access it by go to the "Control Panel" and selecting the "Internet Option". Now navigate the "Advanced" tab. Now please unchcek the "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)" and "Disable Script Debugging (Other)" in the "Browsing" area. Now please check the "Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder When Browser Is Closed" option under security area.

Hope the problem solved now. Here all of the process I showed graphically :-


First select "Advanced" tab

Now uncheck selecting option under "Browsing" area

Now check the "Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder When Browser Is Closed" option under security area.

Word "Connecting To Printer" hang

In MS Word, MS Excel or any software, when I try to print then it's slow down. In MS Word or Excel (not only these, any printing issue), after completing task when we try to print and go to print option then it is hang out. It's taking 30/40 second or above to print  whereas it's taking in 2/3 second in normally. It's showing "connecting to printer" message and taking that time. It's so annoying for anyone. If it is standalone pc to many person try to re-install their software to fix this. But not fixing. If it is network printer,  most of the person try to reconnect their printer to solve this. But problem also there. When you try to connect again that network printer, that connecting process is also slow. But problem is not fixing. Again most of the person try to re-install their driver or update their driver to fix that's problem. Yes that's good. I also suggest that. But it's also true sometime it will not fixing by perform that task. So where's the problem?

Most of the time it was happend due to your anti-virus software. Some anti-virus program (Most of the time kaspersky as my experience) strictly monitor that process. So it's taking 30/40 second or above to connecting the printer. So if you faced that problem, first of all try to troubleshoot by disabling your antivirus software. If it will  work then enable your antivirus again and allowing  that process by your anti-virus. Hope the problem solve now.

MS-Word Print Extra Page - Everytime Print A Extra Page (Document Properties) When Printing.

Hello all of you. Hope all of are happy. Today I discuss a simple problem regarding microsoft word. May be we are already fallen this problem. When we want to print in microsoft word, it's print normally, no problem. But a extra page also print. On the other word,  you apply for print one page but it printing two page. That extra page print with document properties. Such as:- Document name, Last modified date etc.That is consume our blank page and also annoying for anyone.

We can solve this problem by follow the following step:-

First of all open the MSword. Then go to "tools" and then "option". Next select "print" tab. Please be sure "document properties" option is unchecked under the "include with document" area.

Here I showed all of this step graphically regarding Microsoft Office 2003.

Go to the tools menu after open the MS word.

Then select "Option"

Then select "Print" Tab

Now Please be sure the "the document properties" option is unchecked under "Include with document area".

Now I briefly discuss regarding MSword 2007 and 2010.

First of all go to the file. Then select "Option", then select "Display". Now please be sure "print documents properties" is unchecked under "printing option"

Wireless Network Card Issue - Everytime Need to Disbable Or Enable Your Network Card To Logging Your Network.

Hope, all of you are so good. Now I discuss a simple troubleshooting regarding wireless network card issue. Most of the time we encounter  a problem, we are unable to automatically connect to our wi-fi network or something like that. Every-time we have to do disable and then  enable our network card to connect our network. This is so annoying for anyone. You already select option named "Automatically connect in network range". You also select option named "Non-preferred network" to connect. But your problem dosen't solve. 

This is occurred for your bad network driver. Which is not worked properly. To fix this problem please update your network card driver or reinstall it. Hope your problem will fix now. If it's dosen't work please change your driver regarding your network card vendor.

Automatically Program Running With Command Prompt At Windows Startup And Appearing "End Now" option At The Time Of Shutdown.

Hello all of you. Hope all of you are happy. Now I discuss a simple problem regarding windows start-up and shutdown. Let's start :-

Sometime we saw, some program are automatic run with command prompt when windows start-up. This is very bottleneck for anyone. Not also this one, when you try to shutting down your windows by pressing "turn off" command, then you will appear "End Now" interface. After the "End Now" Process complete then windows go to shutting down. Now I discuss, how can get rid from this problem.

To stop the automatic running program, when windows start please go to "System Configuration Utility" and select "start up" tab. Now deselect the all program which run start-up. Now all of those program are not running at the windows start up. By using this feature, we can easily control our windows starting environment, weather which program running or not. Don't afraid to do this. If you are deselect any program by wrongly, that don't affect your computer. Just don't start that program when windows start. To open "System Configuration Utility" go to run and type "msconfig". Then you will get "system configuration utility".

Till now we are solve our start-up problem. Now we will move to "shut down" problem. Although we are solve our problem majority portion. Since we are remove those program from start up. Just freak it, which program is running windows start-up, those program are causes our "end now" interface appear. Those program all time running our background which is don't appear. When we are press "turn off" bottom, till then those program running background. So "end now" interface will appear. Windows try to stop that program. After the stopping program windows will shutting down. So if we are stopping that program from automatic start when windows start-up, then those program are not running.

For solving that problem we have to complete another task. Just go to "My Computer" and select "C" drive. Now please show the hidden file (Hide protected operating system file also). To show the hidden file please go to "tools" menu from "menu bar" after the "My computer" open. Then select "folder option" and then select the "view" tab. Now click the "Hidden show file" radio button. And deselect the "Hide protected operating file system" option.

Now check the "C" drive for any "Auto run"  file. If you find any "auto run" file here, just delete this file. If you are unable to delete this file please check any process that are running in "task manager" against those "auto run" file. Just select that process and then press "End Task". Now you are able to delete that file. Please also check for other program process, that are automatically ran windows start-up. If found just end that process.

That's all. We are completed now. Hope you will get rid from now.

Write "MSCONFIG" in run. Now you will get "System configuration utility" interface.

 After open, then select "startup" now deselect the those program.

To open task manager right click the task bar and select task manager. After open then select "process tab".

Wallpaper Not Change In Windows 7 Home Premium

Now I discuss a problem regarding windows 7 home premium. Sometime we are not able to change our wallpaper. This is so pathetic when we are not set our favourite picture as a wallpaper. Generally when we changed our wallpaper then a change occur a folder named ''Themes''. The newly changed wallpaper was stored in this folder. The folder location is ''C:\Users\<User name>\Application Data\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes''.

When we try to change our wallpaper then also a change here (Themes Folder). If the previous information is not change in ''Themes'' folder then our wallpaper will not change. Generally the file name is ''transcodedwallpaper.jpg'' which are stored in ''Themes Folder''.
If the wallpaper not change just delete this file from ''Themes'' folder. Then try to change your wallpaper. Hope it's working now.

Printer Shared But Not Showing In "My Network Places"

Today I discuss A printer sharing problem. A printer which is attached my workgroup pc and that printer is shared for other. But A problem here, when I want to access that shared printer from another workgroup PC  by using "my network places", that workgroup pc don't show that shared printer but it's showing other shared file. I checked the printer is sharing and full control for everyone. But Strangely when I access that workgroup pc using IP from "run" option (such as \\192.168.x.x) then it is showing that shared printer and also othter share file. But it is not showing when I use "my network places" for accessing that workgroup pc.

Here is a solution for that problem.

Just restart your "Computer Browser" service. To restart your computer browser service, please go to "run" option and then type "services.msc" (without quotation mark). Now you get services console. Now find out the "computer browser" service and then select restart.

Hope completing the all of this process, you will get rid from that problem. If you encounter any problem to restart that service, then open the "task manager" and kill the process named "services.exe" After kill the process just log off your system for one time to start that process again. Hope that service restart successfully now. And now you will get your shared printer using "my network places".

[To open "Task Manager" just right click the task bar and select "Task Manager". After open the task manager select "Process" tab ]

Realtek Installtion Failure (Error Code - 0xE0000227)

There is a common problem for "Realtek Audio Driver" installation is error code 0xE0000227. This is occurs because, that system was installed "Microsoft UAA bus driver for high definition audio ". At the time of Realtek bus driver installation that is conflict to the Microsoft UAA bus driver. So installation would be failed. For that reason, please disable this "Microsoft UAA bus driver" at the time of "Realtek" install. Then you run installation process again.

Hope, now you would be succeeded.

[You would find "Microsoft UAA bus driver" in "device manager" under the "system device" category. Just right click here and select disable.]

Sometimes we got a error message named "svchost.exe-application error". The error image are following-

 To remove this from start up please follow the following instruction. First go to the service console and select "windows driver foundation service". Then double click this service and then select general tab. Then select ""disable" under the startup type. And then click apply and then click ok.

Now restart your computer. Hope, you are not encounter this message again.

[Note:- To go "services console" please open "run" option and then type "services.msc". Now press enter. You will appear services console.]

Be Carefull About Fishing Page

I think all of the user know about fishing page. In spite of, I briefly discussed about that. A fishing page is a page that is a fake web page. It is a representative of a hacker. A fishing page look like a original web page. It has no difference. It is very difficult to find out any difference between a fishing page and original web page. But don't be hesitate. There is a some way to understand, which web page is fake and which one is original. Every legal web page has a SSL certificate. Here I present a fake web page and a original web page, so that all of you understand about fake and original certificate.

Remember it, a Secure web page must have "https:" not "http", but some of the web page is "http" that is of-course non secure but not fishing page. Here another option have to detect fake web page. Every web page must have self logo that is showed in left side of "https://" or "www". Here an example :-

It's have a valid SSL certificate. So, all of you, please be carefull when you enter your username and password or credit card number. Be sure that, it is original web page by considering those option. Be sure, it's have a valid certificate.
