In MS Word, MS Excel or any software, when I try to print then it's slow down. In MS Word or Excel (not only these, any printing issue), after completing task when we try to print and go to print option then it is hang out. It's taking 30/40 second or above to print whereas it's taking in 2/3 second in normally. It's showing "connecting to printer" message and taking that time. It's so annoying for anyone. If it is standalone pc to many person try to re-install their software to fix this. But not fixing. If it is network printer, most of the person try to reconnect their printer to solve this. But problem also there. When you try to connect again that network printer, that connecting process is also slow. But problem is not fixing. Again most of the person try to re-install their driver or update their driver to fix that's problem. Yes that's good. I also suggest that. But it's also true sometime it will not fixing by perform that task. So where's the problem?
Most of the time it was happend due to your anti-virus software. Some anti-virus program (Most of the time kaspersky as my experience) strictly monitor that process. So it's taking 30/40 second or above to connecting the printer. So if you faced that problem, first of all try to troubleshoot by disabling your antivirus software. If it will work then enable your antivirus again and allowing that process by your anti-virus. Hope the problem solve now.
