Unexpected Paper Size In Tray 2 (HP Printer)

Sometimes the HP printer stop printing with the error message "unexpected paper size in tray 2 or tray 1". The cause of this error message is, the paper size for printing which you have configured into your printer tray 1 or tray 2, that is conflict with the paper size which you provide for printing. Mean, you have configured your printer tray with "A4" paper for printing but you put "LEGAL" paper into the tray. For solving this issue, you have to choose the correct paper size into the tray. If you wanna print with "A4" paper then you have to select paper type "A4" as like as you can choose "legal" paper as your requirements. You can change this settings directly into the printer using printer screen panel or "Devices & Printers" option under the "Control Panel" from computer. Just go to the "Devices & Printers" option and then select your printer. Then Right click your printer driver and then select "printer properties". Now navigate to "Device setting" option. Now change the paper size into "tray 1" or "tray 2" field as your preference. Just as follows....

Options to configure the output paper size are also available at different locations depending on the model of the printer. In some printers, you will find it in the "Advanced" button located at the "Printing Preferences" configuration option.

.NET Framework installation error. Error code - HRESULT 0xc8000222

Microsoft .NET Framework is a programming infrastructure for building and developing application, which primarily run on Windows Platform. Those software, which have developed by Microsoft  .NET Framework, to run those you have to install Microsoft .NET Framework package. Sometime the installation have failed with a error message HRESULT 0xc8000222. You may also get those error code during repairing process. To resolve this issue you have to rename a folder named "SoftwareDistribution" into windows directory. You can rename it into any name as your wish. May be you will be blocked by windows security during rename this folder. Because there is one service named "Windows Update " is running associate with this folder. That's why, first of all, you have to stop it to rename that folder. You can stop it from "Services" console which you will get into the "Administrative Tools" under the "Control Panel". Alternatively, you can open "Services" console directly from "Run" option. Just open the "Run" and then type "services.msc". Now open the service console and then select "Windows Update" service. Double click it and then select stop. Now you are ready to rename that folder. Folder location is "C:\Windows". After renaming process is complete, please start again the "Windows Update" service. There is another way to processing the same task, that is "Command Prompt". Just open the "Command Prompt" with administrator privileges. Then stop the "Windows update" service. Please write the following command:- 

net stop wuauserv

Type the command and press "Enter". Now you will get one successful message. Now rename that folder. After renaming process has completed, now go to the "Command Prompt" again with administrative privileges. Write the following command.

net start wuauserv

Now run again the .NET Framework installer package. Hope you will be successful now.

Printing Size Too Small

Suddenly we got, our printer is just malfunctioning with printing. It's printing very small portion of the page with very small font.We have checked that, there is no problem with "Page Layout". Also sometime we have checked by connecting printer into the another computer. And the good thing is, the printer is just working fine into that computer. In that case, we can easily realize, our printer is okey, because of, it's working fine into another computer. Then, where is the problem? 

The problem is simple. Just check out your "Paper Size" into the printer driver at "Device & Printer". May be the paper size which is selected into your "Printing Preferences" that is wrong. Just make sure, the paper size is selected as your demand. Such as A4, Legel, Leter.

After selecting the paper size, print your document. Hope, this time, it will work fine.

To access "Printing Preferences" of your printer, just go to the "Device and Printer". Now locate your printer driver and then right click it and select "Printing Preferences". Now search for "Page Size" or "Paper Size" option. The location for these option is varied from printer vendor to vendor.

Find Font Name From PDF Or MS-Word.

Sometime it is necessary to know the font name from a file such as MS Word or PDF file. Without installed correct font you are not able to read that file. The file with font missing looks like the following.....

In that case, for reading that file we have to installed correct font which has been used to make that file. To installed correct font we should know the font name. In MS Word, simply we can know the font name by keeping the cursor into the text and MS Word automatically detect the font name and show it "Font" option. Here it is.....

In any PDF file, there is also a way to find out the font name which has been used to make it. This way will be varied by PDF software. Here I am using "Adobe Reader" and "Nitro PDF Reader". Just open your PDF file and go to File > Properties > Font. Here you will get the font name. The option is same for both software. But "Properties" option is rename to "Documents Properties" into the "Nitro PDF Reader". Here is the sample view for "Adobe Reader".

Just go to the "File" and then go to the "Properties".

Now select the "Fonts" tab.

Go to the "File" option

Now navigate to "Document Properties"

Now select the "Fonts" tab. Here you will get the font name which has been used.

Now you are ready to install correct font for your document because you have learned all of the font name.

Here's another simple issue. Commonly we have badly needed to convert our PDF file to Word or any other text format file. Sometime we have faced, after conversion to text format, the file is not readable. Yes....that is font issue. The font is unknown for computer, that's why the file is unreadable. For resolving this issue, first of all, find out the font name from PDF file and download that font from internet or collect anyhow and then install it into your computer. Now open your converted document. Hope it will open now.

[Note: - Font name will not display for any scan document. In that case, there is some online site, they offer to resolve font name after uploading the file into their website.]

IGSS 32 User Password Reset (Version - 2)

Without admin password you are not able to start or stop engine from your PLC controller computer. Without admin password you will be denied for accessing the "User Management" console. There is no way to reset this password. So if you forget this password then you have no way to accomplish those task. But, don't worry. Always, there is a hope. Just find out the software configuration file or database. To locate that database just go to the "Setup" option. Here you will find it. Then open that database file by using any database management software like "Microsoft Access". I am here talking about "IGSS 32 (Version - 2") software. So this is very old version. Now the version -12 is available. In that case, to open that database please use "Microsoft access 2000 or Microsoft access 2003 or Office XP version". If you use Microsoft Access 2003 or Office XP version then one database conversion message will appear after opening that database. Just select the convert option. After opening that, there is a one column name "User". Simply double click the user column. Then you will be find the user list as well as password. Here the password is encrypted format. So it is difficult to retrieve the existing password. But it is so easy to reset that password. Just remove the password from that password field.

That's all. You are ready to go now. Open the user management console. Use your username and leave the blank the password field. Now the user management console should be open. I have worked on version -2 IGSS32. I am not sure about other version.

Ezviz C4S IP Dome Camera Connecting To The Network (Step By Step)

EZVIZ C4S IP Camera. There is no default IP for this camera that's why you will be not able to acccess to the camera via IP. The camera have "HTTP" port but there is no web view for this camera. The only way to access this camera, you have to use one first party software named "Ezviz Studio". When you will run it, the software will automatically detect the camera from the network. That's why, first of all you have to connect your camera to the network via LAN cable. Then run the software and software will automatically search for camera into the network. When software detect the camera, you will be seen it into device list. After the select your camera from the device list, you would be asked for one verification code which you will be found into the catalog or camera body. After providing the verification code, then you will be able to view your camera.

For configuring IP address to the camera please find out the "All Device" option into the "EZVIZ" software. Then select your camera from the list. Then you will see "Network Option" and you will also found "Advanced Option". From "Advanced" option you can set IP, User, Server Port, RSTP Port etc. Please configure one user name with password and also take a note, when you configure user name with password, then your verification code will be replaced by your newly configured password. Mean, later, if you need to connect your camera with your verification code, then you have to provide your user password, not your camera verification code which you have found into the catalog or camera body.

Okey. Now your camera is ready for network access. But there is one thing, by using "EZVIZ" software you can't access your camera by using your IP. You have to use another software named "IVMS 4200". Install this software and then add your camera to the software using "Add Device" option. For access your camera from outside your LAN please forward the camera server port and RSTP port into your router. That's all. If you have anymore query please let me know by comments.

"Documents.library-ms" Is No Longer Working

Sometime we got a error message like "Documents.library-ms" is no longer working or "music.library-ms" is no longer working or "Pictures.library-ms" is no longer working and "Video.library-ms" is no longer working.

Generally when we include a folder into our library, a logical link or connection is establish between that folder and library file. When we click any of our library content such as "Documents", then our library just internally connect that "Documents" folder and  show the "Documents" folder content from original "Documents" directory. If the link between library and library content is brake or corrupt, then we encounter those error message.

To resolve this issue we have to repair those corrupted link. And, for that we will just remove that link by deleting the library content such as "Documents" folder from library and then reconnect that folder into library. That's it.

Now you try to open your library content. I think, now it will open.

Default library content are:- 

"Documents.library-ms" is work for "My Document" folder

"Music.library-ms" is work for "My Music" folder

"Pictures.library-ms" is work for "My Picture" folder

"Video.library-ms" is work for "my Video" folder

[Note:- Deleting the library content from library won't delete your original directory. To include into library just right click your desire folder and choose "include in library" option.]

Changing Date & Time On Windows Without Admin Privilege.

Sometime its require to change system date and time or sometime its require to synchronize the system clock with NTP server. If you are normal user and you don't have permission to change it then you have to contact with your system administrator. But there is one solution to accomplish this without admin privilege. Just go to BIOS or UEFI and change the "Date & Time" from there. You are finished now. Run the windows and check for "Date & Time". 

There is one thing more. If the BIOS or UEFI are password protected then what you will do? It's simple. Just unplug your CMOS battery for 3-5 minutes. You are ready to go now.
