Adobe Illustrator CS6 Has Stopped Working

Adobe Illustrator………………..It is a great program for vector drawing. Every artists and graphics designers use this program to create logos, cartoons, charts, graphs and many more. Here I would talk about one troubleshooting regarding Illustrator CS6. Not only CS6, It may be worked rest of other version of illustrator.  Sometime illustrator has stopped working when you want to open a file or you want to create a new file. You may got the following error message after click the “open” button or after click the “new” button. Sometime you got that message during illustrator startup.

Generally, at the time of opening a file or creating a new file, illustrator check it’s connectivity to default printer. At that time, if illustrator failed to connect to default printer, then that error message comes into the display. So, if you encounter this error message, then go for the printer option and check if something goes wrong with default printer connectivity. Hope the problem will be solved.

Let’s imagine, your default printer is a network printer and you are not connected to that network or anyhow your default printer is not active. In that case, what you will do? Just disable the “Print Spooler Services”. Now you are free to work.

[Note: - To disable the print spooler service please go to “RUN” option and type “services.msc”. Now find out the “Print spooler” service. Double click that services and select stop.]

Thank You.

Registry Recovery Message (One Of The Files Containing The System's Registry Data Had To Be Recovered.)

The registry recovery information message, generally appear on during system startup. The message is

"One of the files containing the system's registry data had to be recovered by use of log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful."

A corrupted "NTUSER.DAT" file is responsible for this message. This is the file which store all kind of registry settings for their respective user account. For your information, during an user account creation, one NTUSER.DAT file also create for that user account.

So, to fix this issue you have to repair your corrupted NTUSER.DAT file. There is an one easy way to perform this task by replacing that file with another user's NTUSER.DAT file.Generally, this is a system file and that's why, it is hide by default. Also to work with this file, you have to have administrative privileges.

First of all, show your hidden file (select the "Show hidden files, folder" option from "view" tab under "Folder Option"). Now, navigate to the "C" Drive, then "Users" folder". Here, you will get the list of all user account, that is exits on your computer.

Suppose you have two users. One user name is "X" and another user name is "Y". In that case, you will get two folder into "Users" folder. One folder for user "X" and another folder for user "Y" (Folder name will be the same by their respective user account). Some data is automatically create during user creation. They are

Those data will be the same for both users (X,Y). Here you will get NTUSER.DAT file. Let's imagine, user "X" is getting this message during windows login. Mean, NTUSER.DAT file have corrupted for user "X". To solve this issue, you just replace that corrupted NTUSER.DAT file with "Y" user's NTUSER.DAT file. Hope, that message will not be shown anymore.

Thank You.

Sony Bravia Turn Off Demo Mode or Disable Demo Mode Loop

Sony TV Demo mode is sometimes called shop mode. Generally, this mode is used in the shop or TV showroom. When TV is running into the shop mode, you will get a message on the TV screen which describe some TV's feature or something like that. Generally, it is annoying for anyone. Moreover, some of the TV's features kept disabled into the shop mode or demo mode. That's why we have to change the TV mode to home mode from demo or shop mode. The changing method will be varied by TV's model. Here, I am writing a common method that generally works for any model.

  • Press the "Home" or "Menu" button from your remote
  • Now navigate to "Settings"
  • Now select "Setup" or "System Settings"
  • Now move to the "Initial Setup" or "Auto Start-up" option. Press OK from your remote. You will get a confirmation message on the TV screen. Now select the "Yes" option and complete the wizard. During going through the wizard you will get an option named "Viewing Environment" or something like that. Please change the "Viewing Environment" to "Home" mode. That's it. Your problem will be solved now.
  • If you want, you can skip the "Channel Scanning or Network Settings" option.

There is another way to do the same thing and that is the "Factory Reset" option.

Thank you.
