Today we will discuss about a problem, which we face almost once. That is operating system not booting or OS crash. If this kind of problem happens, then we cannot access out computer. Many times the problem is solved by repairing the operating system. But if the problem not resolved by repairing process then data is not accessible. Because we cannot access our computer without operating system running. Sometimes it's needs to new install of operating system . As a result, we can't get back our important data. Today we will see, how we can get access to our computer in this situation.

To do this, we will take the help of a third party software called "Ultimate Boot CD". We can boot our computer using this CD. Then we can easily move our data from windows partition to another partition. Below I will show you each step through the screenshot.

First of all change your first boot to the CDROM and boot your computer using this software. The software is available as ISO file. You can  download this ISO file from the following location.

After downloading, please burn this ISO file into a CD. Now boot your computer from this CD. After boot the computer you will get the following interface. From this interface select "HDD".

[Use arrow key from keyboard for selection. ]

Now following interface will be appeared. Now select "Data Recovery".

From the following interface select "PhotoRec 7.0".

Following interface will appear. Select "Default Settings {Runs from RAM}".

At this point system will run from this CD and booting progress will be appeared.

After the computer is fully started, we get the desktop. "Time Zone" setting will be coming up. Select your "Time Zone" from here.

Now go to the "File Manager" from desktop.

Here the computer will show all the drive. From here, we can copy our data safely to another drive.

That's it. You can proceed to install a new operating system into your computer without any data loss.
